CRANES, TRUCK-MOUNTED, TWO-ENGINE DRIVEN,
LATTICE TYPE BOOM, DED
This specification is approved by the Commissioner, Federal
Supply Service, General Services Administration, for the use
of all Federal agencies.

SCOPE
1.1 Scope. This specification covers diesel engine driven, truck-mounted
cranes capable of performing clamshell, dragline, and pile driving operations in
addition to normal crane hoisting functions.

2.1 Government documents.
2.1.1 Specifications, standards, and handbooks. The following
specifications, standards, and handbooks form a part of this document to the
extent specified herein. Unless otherwise specified, the issues of these
documents are those listed in the issue of the Depart-merit of Defense Index of
Specifications and Standards (DODISS) and supplement thereto, cited in the
solicitation (see 6.2).
